Refund Policy

All sales are final after download. ForgeWorkflows Logic Blueprints are digital goods delivered electronically. Once a blueprint has been downloaded, no refunds will be issued.
Before you buy:
- Review the Blueprint Dependency Matrix on the product page to confirm you have the required third-party accounts and API keys
- Review the prerequisites section to ensure compatibility with your n8n instance and integrations
- Check the FAQ section on the product page for common questions
Each purchase includes a complete Customer Success Bundle with setup documentation, troubleshooting guides, error handling matrices, and test fixtures. All blueprints are BQS-certified and ITP-tested before release.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of Logic Blueprint products from ForgeWorkflows.
1. Products
ForgeWorkflows sells downloadable Logic Blueprint files (.json workflow files and accompanying documentation). Products are digital goods delivered electronically upon purchase. There is no SaaS component, recurring subscription, or ongoing service obligation.
2. Purchase and Delivery
Payment is processed by Stripe. Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- An order confirmation page with a download link
- A confirmation email with the same download link
Download links expire after 72 hours. If your link expires, contact support@forgeworkflows.com for a new link.
3. Permitted Use
You may:
- Import and run the workflow on your own n8n instance(s)
- Modify the workflow for your internal business operations
- Use the included system prompts in your own automation tools
- Deploy the workflow for your organization or your clients' organizations
4. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the workflow file or system prompts
- Publish the workflow JSON or system prompts in any public repository or forum
- Claim authorship of the workflow logic
- Use the ForgeWorkflows brand name or trademarks in connection with derivative works
5. Third-Party Services
Logic Blueprints integrate with third-party services (API providers, workflow platforms, outbound tools). ForgeWorkflows is not responsible for changes to, outages of, or costs incurred from third-party services. The Blueprint Dependency Matrix included with each product lists all required services and estimated costs at the time of testing.
6. Disclaimer
Products are provided as-is. ForgeWorkflows does not guarantee specific business outcomes. Performance depends on your data quality, API availability, and configuration accuracy. Test results documented in the Inspection & Test Plan are based on controlled test conditions and may differ from production performance.
7. Limitation of Liability
ForgeWorkflows' total liability for any claim arising from or related to a product purchase is limited to the purchase price of that product.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of purchased products constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to customers with orders on record.

Privacy Policy

ForgeWorkflows collects minimal data necessary to process your purchase and deliver your product.
What We Collect
When you make a purchase, we collect:
- Email address (for order confirmation and download link delivery)
- Payment information (processed entirely by Stripe — ForgeWorkflows does not store card numbers, CVVs, or bank details)
- Order details (product purchased, amount, date)
Anonymous Usage Analytics
We use Matomo (self-hosted) and Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage data including: page views, referral sources, device type, and approximate location (country/region). This data is aggregated and cannot identify individual visitors.
We do not collect:
- Names or physical addresses (unless required by Stripe for payment processing)
- Personal data through analytics
- Cookies for cross-site tracking
- Cookies beyond what is technically necessary for the purchase flow
Analytics data is never sold to third parties. There are no user accounts. We do not track individual browsing activity on our site beyond the purchase transaction.
How We Use Your Data
- Email address: To send your order confirmation and download link via Resend (our email provider)
- Order details: To fulfill your purchase and deliver your download link
- Stripe payment data: Processed by Stripe under their privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). We receive a payment confirmation but do not store your payment method details.
Data Retention
- Order records (email, product, amount) are retained for accounting purposes.
- Download links expire after 72 hours. We do not track whether or when you download your purchase.
Third-Party Services
- Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing
- Resend (resend.com) — transactional email delivery
- Supabase (supabase.com) — order record storage
Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data each service requires to function.
Your Rights
To request deletion of your order data, email support@forgeworkflows.com. Note that we may retain records required for legal or accounting purposes.
