What does The Judge actually decide? Six-criteria Lead Utility Score: ICP fit, seniority match, technographic signals, intent indicators, data recency, and contact quality. Each criterion scored independently with explicit reasoning. LUS ≥ 7 threshold — only qualified leads proceed to outreach.
Step 3 — The Ghostwriter
Creative (Tier 3)
This step exists because raw data alone is not enough. Three sentences max. Research-hook required — every email references a specific finding from the Researcher. 15 forbidden phrases blocked. Plain text only. No HTML, no images, no tracking pixels. Deliverability over aesthetics.
Step 4 — Gmail Syncer
Delivery
Without this step, upstream analysis sits idle. OAuth-authenticated Gmail delivery. Rate-limited to protect sender reputation. Plain text format maximizes deliverability. Supports both free Gmail (500 sends/day) and Google Workspace (2,000 sends/day).The Researcher costs more than the Judge — web search injects 30K-40K tokens per call.
